1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Averion Global Consult for any service — whether in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Averion Global Consult.

2. Nature of Our Services

Averion Global Consult is a consultancy firm. We assist clients in preparing, organising, and submitting visa applications, travel documentation, and related services. We are not an embassy, consulate, or government authority, and we do not have any influence over embassy or immigration decisions.

• Visa approval or rejection remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority
• We cannot guarantee visa approval regardless of the quality of the application
• Our role is to maximise the strength and completeness of your application

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
• Disclosing any previous visa refusals, immigration violations, or criminal history
• Meeting all deadlines communicated by our team
• Ensuring documents are genuine — submission of forged documents is illegal and may result in permanent bans
• Promptly responding to requests for additional information

Averion Global Consult accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payment

• All service fees are communicated upfront and must be agreed upon before work commences
• Embassy fees, biometric fees, and government levies are separate from our consultancy fees
• Fees are payable in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payment does not guarantee visa approval — it covers our professional services
• Receipts or acknowledgements are issued for all payments made

5. Limitation of Liability

Averion Global Consult shall not be held liable for:

• Visa refusals, delays, or cancellations by embassies or immigration authorities
• Changes in embassy requirements, policies, or processing times
• Loss of employment, income, travel costs, or any consequential damages arising from visa delays or refusals
• Third-party failures including airlines, courier services, or partner institutions

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with us is treated as strictly confidential. Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not disclose client information to unauthorised parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

1. Overview

We understand that visa outcomes can be disappointing. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read it carefully before engaging our services, as payment implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Embassy visa application fees — these are paid directly to the embassy and are beyond our control
• Biometric and appointment booking fees
• Third-party charges including courier, notarisation, and government authentication fees
• Consultancy fees once the application has been submitted to the embassy

3. Eligible Refunds

A partial or full refund of our consultancy fee only may be considered in the following situations:

• You cancel the service before document processing has commenced — you may receive up to 70% of the consultancy fee paid
• We are unable to proceed with your application due to an error on our part — a full refund of the consultancy fee applies
• Your application was not submitted within an agreed timeline due to our fault — assessed on a case-by-case basis

4. Visa Refusals

A visa refusal does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of our consultancy fees. Our fee covers the professional time, expertise, and work invested in preparing your application — not the outcome. We maintain one of the highest visa success rates in Nigeria (95%), but ultimate approval authority rests with the embassy.

However, where a refusal is directly attributable to a documented error made by our team, we will review the case and may offer a partial fee credit toward a reapplication.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 business days of the qualifying event:

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
